I'm on the Front Page of My Handmade Registry

This is so exciting - I received a convo that let me know I made the front page of My Handmade Registry. If you are not familar it is a really fun website that lets you currate a wish list of things that are handmade. Once you finish your friends and family can see what is on your list. This is really a great idea - a registry just for handmade items!

Etsy featured this webpage in a Storque article just last week. I'm going to have to get busy making myself a list too and would encourage you to do the same. It's great to support other artists that create handmade items!

Two New Treasuries March 9, 2009

I was in a dreamy mood this weekend with the gorgeous weather and sunshine which inspired these treasuries. Different from my usual bold and saturated color choices.
"Dream in Pastel" Treasury - gorgeous palette of muted colors with a beachy theme

"Old, New, Borrowed and Blue" Treasury, another lovely soft palette inspired by my cousin, she is getting married in June and I will be her matron of honor.
Her theme is a vintage garden wedding and her color is light blue.

In Response to my Poll - I would love feedback on these pieces

I did a poll a few weeks ago and the results were that you wanted to see more vintage jewelry, nature inspired jewelry and simple/delicate pieces. The votes were pretty evenly split among these three catagories. So in response here are my latest creations - one for each category! Please leave me some feedback :)

Vintage Pearl Drop Necklace on a Sterling Silver Chain. Does it get any more simple and sophisticated than this? A lovely addition to any wardrobe that would be a very versatile piece!
